Timeshare Ownership at The Beacons

Timeshares are condominium ownerships broken up into 52 weekly owners, as opposed to one person who owns the whole year. The Beacons of Minocqua offers fixed week ownership, which means you own the same week every year. For example, if you own week 10 in unit 119, you will be coming to stay at The Beacons approximately the second week in March each year. The weeks run from Saturday afternoon to the following Saturday morning.

Timeshares offer affordable vacation opportunities, whether you intend to travel to The Beacons each year, or prefer to travel the world. You can also choose to rent your week to a third party through us. You will receive a percentage – currently 60 percent – of any rental income generated that week from your timeshare unit.

Stay in Minocqua or Travel the World
While we would love for you to visit The Beacons each year, we also allow you to travel elsewhere during your timeshare week. We are an affiliate of Interval International, a timeshare exchange company.

As a timeshare owner, you can opt to put your week into a pool of timeshare weeks from resorts around the world. For example, if you decide you would like to go to Italy this year, you can join Interval International and deposit your timeshare week into their pool. Then, through Interval International, you find a week deposited by someone who owns timeshare week 47 at the Topaz Beach Club in Malta. If week 47 (late November) works well for you, you can go explore Italy at a cost that is considerably less than regular resort rates.

Timeshare Accommodations and Amenities
Timeshare units at The Beacons feature full kitchens, complete with dishwashers, microwaves, ovens, coffee makers and toasters.

Beautiful fireplaces grace the living rooms. Glass patio doors in the dining areas open onto balconies or patios. Choose a unit with either breathtaking views of Lake Minocqua or of peaceful pine forests.

One-bedroom units sleep up to four people, with one king- or queen-size bed in the bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.

Two-bedroom units sleep six people, with a king-size bed in one bedroom, two twin beds in the other bedroom, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Our two-bedroom units also feature an extra half bathroom.
